[Incident] Silverstripe Cloud (AWS Hosted) - Full deployment failure issue under investigation

RESOLUTION UPDATE:

The emergency change has been approved and tested successfully. A new infrastructure manifest version 5.5.5 has now been released. To adopt the changes, please ensure you execute a full deployment with the new infrastructure manifest version.

UPDATE:

An emergency change is being assessed for a rollout of the new fix. Once approved, a new manifest release will be issued and will require a full deployment from our affected customers.
