We hope this message finds you well. As we approach the holiday season, we wanted to let you know about our upcoming office closedown and what it means for your service support during this time.
Holiday office closedown
Our offices will be closed for the holiday season from Friday 19 December 2025, reopening on Monday 5 January 2026.
During this period, our Service Desk will focus on Priority 1 incidents only. Responses for lower-priority issues will resume as usual on Monday 5 January.
If you experience a major outage or disruption to your service during this time, please submit a ticket and promptly contact us at (04) 978-7333. For more details, please visit our Service Desk support page.
Release hiatus
To ensure your platform’s reliability over the holidays, we won’t be implementing any planned platform updates from 12 December to 12 January. This pause is designed to ensure the stability and reliability of your service.
Recommendation to defer releases
We highly recommend holding off on publishing any code changes between 12 December and 12 January, unless it’s essential. If you need to make releases during this period, please reach out as soon as you can so that we can make the necessary arrangements to support you.
