[Incident] Full deployment failures for Silverstripe Cloud environments

Kia ora Silverstripe Cloud Customers,


We are currently experiencing an issue impacting full deployments on the Silverstripe Cloud platform. This disruption has been identified as originating from an upstream service provider, and we are actively working with them to investigate and resolve the issue as a matter of priority.


In the meantime, code-only deployments remain available and can continue as normal while our Platform team monitors the situation.
