Please be advised that upcoming production database upgrade activities are scheduled during the following maintenance windows:
June 9 | 5:00am – 7:00am NZST (Batch 1)
June 10 | 5:00am – 7:00am NZST (Batch 2)
June 11 | 5:00am – 7:00am NZST (Batch 3)
The work involves upgrading production database environments from MySQL 8.0.x to MySQL 8.4.x and will be conducted outside standard business hours to minimise customer impact.
We have also incorporated feedback received from previous communications to improve stakeholder visibility and supporting information distribution. We will be in contact with your stack and release managers in the coming days.
